There's More Than Meets the Eye

Today as you go about your day take note of your reaction to people who cross your path. What do you think of them? Do you decide what they are like by their looks, by their clothes, by their gait? Many of us do.
Today when a person crosses your path ascribe positive qualities to him. Say to yourself, "He's probably very intelligent"; "He's probably a loving father"; "I'll bet she has a kind word for everyone"; "She could be a very spiritual person"; "He could know more about world affairs that I do"; "She's probably someone's best friend" and on and on. Try changing your toughts in this small exercise. See how you feel. It will be a step in the right direction.
Blessings,
Jim Ryan
